At FloralTrip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your FloralTrip account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
